POLIPOR is the mostly used material.
POLIPOR
(Expendable Polystyrene / Polystyrene Hard Foam) is a closed
porous insulating material produced from petroleum. %98 of
POLIPOR contains stable dry
air.
It is one
of the few materials providing the best efficiency in the world
and the most economic insulating material used in Turkey. At the
same time, POLIPOR is
environmental friendly and mostly recyclable material. There is
no side effect for human health.
Including
structure’s heat and sound insulation at the first place, the
material is used in packaging industry, decoration and anywhere
where the thermal conductivity is important.
Key features of POLIPOR:
-
It is economic. Keeps its
performance for physical life of itself. There is no material
loss.
-
Provides high heat
insulation. The efficiency increases related to intensity.
-
Endless life period.
Insulation task is done as long as the structure stays. There
would be no performance loss in time.
-
Resistant to pressure. As
the intensity increases, resistivity also increases.
-
Does not fragile. It has
inflection resistance as being heat insulation material.
-
Thickness is constant. Does
not get thin with time.
-
Light. Easily portable and
applicable.
-
Environmental and user
friendly. Does not contain any material that is harmful to
ozone layer.
Some areas that POLIPOR products
are largely used:
- Sound insulation of walls
- Heat insulation of roofs,
terraces, and gardens
- Heat insulation of flooring
- Heat insulation of ceiling
- Stroke sound insulation of
floating floors
- Heat insulation of cold
storage
- Insulation of pipes
- Heat insulation of whirlpool
bath’s slots
- Packaging Industry
- Life jacket, life buoy
production in navigation sector
- Decoration staff
- Commercial growing of
hothouse flowers
- Refrigerated vehicles
- Coolant and refrigerator
industry
- Dilation tie rods
- Heat insulation of coops,
folds, and barns
- Polypore as ceiling blocks
in construction
